Red Dragon Cartel fans of the United Kingdom can rest easy, the remainder of their UK tour is now back on – with an extra date in Manchester also announced.
The tour was thrown into chaos when a war of words erupted between the band members and their UK tour promoter Denise Dale over work visa issues, resulting in some choice words being thrown back and forth and the cancelling of their remaining dates in Wolverhampton and Buckley by Dale.
The band have branded Denise Dale as “completely unreasonable, immature” and “unprofessional” while Dale has countered that Jake E Lee’s girlfriend was working selling merchandise while only holding a tourist visa, something she is not allowed to do and Lee refused to make her stop. Lee’s girlfriend was also telling people she was now managing the band.
But thankfully a new promoter has come to the rescue and the band will now perform at Buckley and will make up for the cancelled Wolverhampton show with a replacement one in Manchester at a lower price.
This has not gone down well with fans who had purchased tickets for the Wolverhampton show and were only informed of the cancellation when they arrived at the venue and found a note informing them the show was off.
Their scheduled appearance at Download will also be going ahead.
